We urge the youths to shun violence before, during and after the election. We also wish to caution the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and all security agencies manning the election to maintain neutrality throughout the process.

YAN admonishes the politicians in the State, and their supporters, against the breach of public peace before, during and after the governorship election.

We also appeal to all eligible voters including members of YAN in Edo State across the 18 LGAs, 192 Wards to come out en masse to exercise their franchise which is their civic responsibility and vote for candidate of their choice whose programme or policy focuses on complete development of Edo youths, as well as their active participation in Nation building by creating the enabling environment for the youths to acquire high-quality education and skills needed to contribute to a productive economy, and development of the State.

YAN equally urge all active stakeholders and eligible voters in the State to ensure they maintain the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) protocols on COVID-19 at all time, and conduct themselves in peaceful manners.
